Care instructions
- Never machine wash or tumble dry your pillow — moisture, agitation and heat break down memory foam, and heat can also degrade the cooling material in our CoolMem FlexParticle pillows.
- To clean, spot clean only: dab the area with a damp cloth, working gently from the outside of the mark inwards. Don’t soak, scrub or wring the foam.
- Let the pillow air dry completely — lay it flat somewhere well ventilated for around 24 hours, away from radiators, direct sunlight and other heat sources. Make sure it’s fully dry before you sleep on it.
- Between cleans, air the pillow regularly and always use a pillowcase or pillow protector.
